Hypereosinofile syndromer er en gruppe forstyrrelser karakterisert ved markant overproduksjon av eosinofile, der eosinofil infiltrasjon og frigjøring av mediatorer forårsaker skade på mange organer
Forekomst:
Sjelden tilstand
Symptomer:
Mangfoldige, avhengige av hvilke organ som er involvert
Funn:
Avhenger av de involverte organer
Diagnostikk:
Blodstatus med differensialtelling, s-troponin og BNP, EKG, ekkokardiografi, lungfunksjonstester, vevsbiopsier
Behandling:
Beslutningen om å behandle baserer seg på sykdomsbildet, laboratoriefunnene og kromosomanalysene
