Definisjon:
Soppinfeksjon som kan gi sykdom av varierende alvorlighet, og hvor primærinfeksjonen vanligvis er i lungene
Forekomst:
Svært sjelden forekommende i Norge
Symptomer:
Vanligvis asymptomatisk, ev. lettere symptomer som hoste og feber. Ved alvorligere sykdom utvikles pneumonisymptomer
Funn:
Som regel ingen kliniske funn, men pneumonifunn ved alvorlig sykdom 
Diagnostikk: 
Serologi, mikroskopi, dyrkning
Behandling:
Ved milde symptomer er behandling vanligvis ikke nødvendig. Mer alvorlig sykdom behandles med antimykotika.
