Definisjon:
Ingen enhetlig definisjon. Symptomer som går ut over funksjon i dagliglivet og som har vart i minst 2 måneder etter covid-19 infeksjon (FHI)
Forekomst:
Stor variasjon i rapportert forekomst. Rundt 10% av de med bekreftet covid-19 har vedvarende symptomer utover tre uker
Symptomer:
Dyspné, tretthet/slapphet, anosmi, søvnproblemer er vanlig, en lang rekke ulike symptomer kan forekomme
Funn:
Ofte få kliniske funn, ev. vedvarende hypoksi. Vanskelig kontrollerbar diabetes og tromboemboli forekommer
Diagnostikk:
Primært utelukkelse av differensialdiagnoser og alvorlige komplikasjoner
Behandling:
Symptomatisk. Pusteøvelser ved respiratoriske plager, trening av luktesans, gradvis opptrappende fysisk aktivitet
