Tensjonspneumotoraks

Definisjon:
Er en akutt tilstand med økende lufttrykk i pleurahulen og påfølgende kompresjon av lunger og kar i toraks
Forekomst:
Usikker
Symptomer:
Brystsmerter, hyperventilasjon og angst
Funn:
Økende dyspne, halsvenestuvning, cyanose, takykardi, hyperresonans ved perkusjon
Diagnostikk:
Tilleggsundersøkelse er rtg. thorax, men behandling først
Behandling:
Primært øyeblikkelig dekompresjon med stor kanyle i 2. interkostalrom i medioclavikulærlinjen eller 5. interkostalrom i fremre aksillærlinje på affisert side
