Definisjon:
Postoperativ lungebetennelse
Forekomst:
Insidensen synes å være ca. 20%
Symptomer:
Hoste, rikelig slim, kortpustethet, brystsmerter
Funn:
Temperatur over 38°C, puls over 100 per minutt, fremmedlyder over lungene
Diagnostikk:
Andre undersøkelser er hvite, SR, CRP og rtg. thorax
Behandling:
Antibiotika. Ulike regimer er aktuelle avhengig av den kliniske tilstand
