Kolecystitt, akutt

Definisjon:
Betennelse i galleblæra forårsaket av obstruksjon av ductus cysticus. Er i mer enn 90% av tilfellene relatert til gallestein
Forekomst:
Ca. 20% av pasientene med symptomatisk gallestein vil utvikle kolecystitt
Symptomer:
Kan starte som et gallesteinsanfall som vedvarer med økende intensitet og etter hvert temperaturstigning
Funn:
Tegn til lokalisert peritonitt, lokal muskelrigiditet eller defence
Diagnostikk:
Blodprøver som SR, CRP og LPK kan bekrefte betennelse. Leverfunksjonsprøver kan vise tegn til gallegangsobstruksjon. Ultralyd kan vise stein
