Hypospadi - urinrør som munner feil

Hypospadi er en medfødt tilstand karakterisert ved et ufullstendig utviklet urinrør (uretra) der urinrørsåpningen (meatus) munner feil og kan befinne seg på ulike steder langs undersiden av penis, pungen (scrotum) eller i skrittet (perineum).
