Gravid og alkohol

Gravide bør ikke drikke noe alkohol, ettersom alkohol kan skade barnet. Har du drukket alkohol tidlig i svangerskapet, før du visste at du var gravid, er det viktigste du kan gjøre å la være å drikke alkohol i resten av svangerskapet.
