Tørr nese med atrofisk rhinitt
Forekomst: 
Hyppig tilstand
Symptomer:
Følelse av tørrhet, irritasjon og dannelse av skorper i nesen, nesetetthet
Funn:
Ved inspeksjon ses slimhinnen fortil på septum tørr og skorpedekket
Diagnostikk:
Mulige tilleggsundersøkelser kan være CT og endoskopi
Behandling:
Består i å eliminere predisponerende faktorer, fukte slimhinnen, fjerne skorper, unngå skadelige faktorer, behandle infeksjoner
