Plateepitelkarsinom i larynks
Forekomst:
Utgjør ca. 20% av all kreft i hode/halsregion
Symptomer:
Heshet er hovedsymptomet , ev. stemmeforandringer
Funn:
Kan være tumorforandringer synlige ved laryngoskopi, ev. lokale lymfeknuter
Diagnostikk:
Bildediagnostikk og endoskopi/biopsi gir diagnosen
Behandling:
Kirurgi, strålebehandling eller kjemoterapi - og ulike kombinasjoner av disse
