Symptomer:
Fall på utstrakt arm. Gir skuldersmerter, hevelse og nedsatt funksjon
Funn:
Smerter, hevelse, hematom i skulderen. Manglende evne til å elevere armen
Diagnostikk:
Røntgen, ev. CT
Behandling:
Ca. 85% av alle proximale humerusbrudd behandles konservativt
