Radiusbrudd, collum

Definisjon:
Brudd i proksimale radius lokalisert til collum, dvs. overgangen til radiushodet 
Forekomst:
Forekommer nesten bare hos barn
Symptomer:
Fall på strak arm, ev. direkte albuetraume. Gir smerte, hevelse, nedsatt bevegelighet
Funn:
Hoven albue. Smerter på radialsiden av albuen, palpasjonsøm ved trykk på radiushodet. Pasienten kan ikke ekstendere fullt ut i albuen. Smerte ved pronasjon/supinasjon
Diagnostikk:
Røntgen
Behandling:
Vanligvis konservativ behandling. Operativ behandling ved misslykket reponering eller ved over 60 graders vinkling av radiushodets leddflate
