Definisjon:
Psoriasisartritt er en autoimmun, inflammatorisk leddsykdom assosiert med hudsykdommen psoriasis og inngår i gruppen spondyloartropatier
Forekomst:
1-2% av befolkningen har psoriasis, og ca 5-10% av disse får psoriasisartritt
Symptomer:
Oftest langsom utvikling med leddsmerter, hevelse, ømhet og bevegelsesinnskrenkning. Dessuten smerter ved festene for senene og ligamentene, og allmennsymptomer.
Funn:
Psoriasisartritt er oftest asymmetrisk lokalisert, inflammasjon i senefester (entesitt), inflammasjon i hel finger eller tå (daktylitt, artritt i DIP- og PIP-leddene
Diagnostikk:
SR og CRP kan være moderat forhøyet. Revmaprøver er normale
Behandling:
En rekke ulike medikamenter kan være aktuelle: NSAIDs, DMARDs, interleukinhemmere og TNF-hemmere. Dessuten fysioterapi
