Når bør man diskutere sitt alkoholforbruk?

Personer som drikker så mye alkohol at det innvirker på deres sosiale liv, yrkesliv eller helse har utviklet et problem, og bør kontakte lege eller annet støtteapparat for å diskutere hvordan dette best kan avhjelpes.
